At Samsung Electronics Australia, I play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the digital presence of the Samsung Australia website. My responsibilities include updating weekly promotions, overseeing seasonal sales events like EOFY, Black Friday and Boxing Day, and ensuring ongoing, seamless site maintenance to drive returning customer engagement.

I collaborate with the Cheil Australia agency frequently to negotiate and manage creative asset delivery, coordinate important timelines, and support key device launch campaigns. I also contribute to the on-going major web UX redesigns on the Samsung Website, transforming major pages such as the homepage to new styles for an enhanced UX experience.

We were also lucky enough to be able to leverage key insights from the focus groups we facilitated, implementing consumer driven improvements that keep the site relevant, engaging, and competitive in a fast-moving digital landscape.

In this role, I’ve consistently created high-impact digital assets that enhance visual appeal and user experience across key pages and campaigns. Drawing on my design expertise, I adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deliver on-brand, user-focused content within tight timeframes. I’ve also championed SEO best practices that have contributed to improved campaign performance year over year.
